Every dollar raised will go directly towards making our academic programs stronger to prepare our students for success in the world today. If you were not able to attend the Gala, I wanted to extend the opportunity to donate to the appeal. The generous funds raised during this year’s appeal will:
- Support enhancements as we continue to build strong academic and STEM programs that meet all learning needs from preschool to grade 8, as we aim to develop our next generation of leaders
- Allow us to invest in curricular enhancements and building modifications to benefit all children
- Teacher professional development to meet our goal of implementing project-based learning school-wide
- Support for our Eco-Schools initiative, an innovative global environmental program - through student-led audits, research, and analysis our students will determine ways to make ICS “greener.” The funds will be invested in making real-life changes that include school-wide recycling and composting, an expanded school garden and outdoor classroom, and energy conservation efforts, to name a few.
